Political
Australia is a democratic country with a constitutional monarchy, and its current monarch is Elizabeth II. After a series of referendums, the six Australian states joined together to form a federal state in 1901. Each state in Australia has its own constitution and independent political system, and has roughly the same organizational form as the national (federal) government.
Culture
Australia’s culture is based on a series of stories about warriors, bush dwellers, brave soldiers, sports heroes, capable workers and hard-working immigrants. Australian culture includes fair competition, wonderful outdoor life, and a benign satirical tone. Nowadays, diversified culture, innovative ideas and prosperity have gradually become symbols of Australia.
Medical service
Australia implements a universal medical insurance system. The publicly funded medical system established by the Australian government is called National Medical Insurance (MEDICARE), which mainly includes free public hospital medical services and free or government-subsidized out-of-hospital medical services. The Australian government also provides certain subsidies for the purchase of prescription drugs.
Education
The eight universities are leading in Australia and the world in terms of academic level, employer satisfaction, literature citation, graduate employment rate, international students and international professors. In addition to the fruitful research results and first-class scientific research talents, the huge academic resources of Australia’s eight major allied schools have also far-reaching influence on their outstanding contributions to various fields such as politics and economics.
Australia 482/TSS visa is the Australian Temporary Skill Shortage visa
Australia 482/TSS visa is the Australian Temporary Skill Shortage visa (Temporary Skill Shortage visa), its predecessor is the 457 employer sponsored visa, and the TSS temporary skills shortage visa.
The 457 visa was abolished on March 18, 2018, and the Temporary Skill Shortage visa formally replaced the 457 visa, with visa code 482, or TSS for short. Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (subclass 482), also known as temporary skills shortage visa, is divided into short-term, medium-term, and labor agreement categories. The visa allows Australian employers to sponsor a skilled overseas worker to solve the shortage of the Australian labor market.
Three categories of the 482/TSS visa:
Employers introduce skilled workers from overseas through labor agreements (this type is not suitable for ordinary applicants)
482/TSS visa applicant qualifications:
Nominated as a skilled position by a qualified employer
Have the right skills to do the job
Meet the relevant English language requirements
482/TSS visa English requirements:
Applicants need to submit a valid English proficiency certificate within three years. Except for IELTS, the Immigration Bureau accepts TOEFL, PTE, CAE and OET. Eligible applicants can be exempted from English certification.

The nominated occupation is true and valid;

The position provided is on the occupation list stipulated in the 482 visa;
The annual salary provided to 482 visa applicants is at least A$53,900.
To sponsor the applicant to obtain a TSS visa, the employer must pay the training fee (SAF):
SAF stipulates that all employers with sponsored work visas 457/482 and employer-sponsored permanent residence 186/187 visas need to pay a certain training contribution fee to meet the requirements for job nomination. The Australian Government established the SAF Fund to provide Australian apprentices, trainers and other Australian employees with more training opportunities and enhance their professional skills.

After the federal budget is finalized in October 2020, the immigration quotas of the states will also be determined. At that time, the states will officially open applications for nominations for state responsibilities and business immigrants that have been closed for several months, including state nomination for 491 visas. According to the current state policy of each state, most state governments have occupation, work and residence requirements for 491 nominated applicants.
